Pumpkin Spice Energy Bites
Ingredients
3/4 cup rolled oats
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Butter
Instructions

- 1. Mash Banana

- 2. Add all ingredients to banana mash

- 3. Portion into 2 tbsp servings (should make 5)

- *Can shape in muffin container or cookie sheet
- 4. Bake for 11 minutes
