- 1 15 oz can chickpeas
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 juice of a lemon
- 2–3 cloves garlic
- Salt
Instructions
- Rise and drain chickpeas (save liquid from chickpeas in a separate cup).
- Recommended remove skins from chickpeas.
- Add chickpeas and garlic to food processor and start blending.
- Slowly incorporate tahini, pumpkin puree, olive oil, salt, and lemon juice and continue blending.
- If hummus is too thick add 2-4 tbsp of chickpea liquid.
