September 15th? Yeah, it’s officially the best season! Pumpkin season!!! In honor of it basically being fall and Trader Joe’s releasing pumpkin spice heaven I’ve compiled a list of all their gluten-free items! Keep reading! I want to let you know I am working on a bunch of season related recipes that will be out next month.
Side note: It took me a while to figure out my niche and the direction I wanted to take this website in. I am definitely all in with health and wellness. This will still be XO, Life Edit and you can find all the health on IG @LifeEditNutrition and keep up with my NYC adventures on @DarRegueiro
So here it is in no particular order!
Organic Pumpkin Spice Granola Bark
Pumpkin spice flavored granola layered with dark chocolate and topped with toasted pumpkin seeds. Perfect for a yogurt parfait. New Item.
Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie
Packing the protein at 11 grams per serving and 6 grams added sugar, not bad for pumpkin spice grab and go post workout. New Item.
Fall Leaf Corn Tortilla Chips
Just tortilla chips in a fun fall shape. Pair with Pumpkin Hummus or Pepita Salsa.

Pumpkin Tortilla Chips
O.M.P. (Oh My Pumpkin) These are currently in my pantry, I’m waiting to open because I know the addiction will be real. A blend of pumpkin, seeds, cinnamon and nutmeg. Crumble these into a salad for some crunch.

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Spread
AMAZINGNESS! This cream cheese is so pumpkin spice-a-licous. I do 1/2 tbsp on a GF Pumpkin Spice Bagel to get my mornings started.

La Colombe Pumpkin Spice Draft Latte
I actually did not end up purchasing this, I figured I would’ve drank it just to have it and no need for that. I much prefer my coffee with almond milk.

Pumpkin Bisque
Initially, I thought this was pasta sauce, which I’m sure it can be. This is on the heavier side at 390 calories per serving with 27g of fat. This can easily be made at home with lighter ingredients. However, when it comes to pumpkin season… I’m not against trying anything once.

Autumnal Harvest Soup
A tomato soup with pumpkin and butternut squash! Yum. I didn’t purchase soups since it’s still warm out, I’m saving these items for when the temperature drops.

Pumpkin. Butter.
This is dairy-free! Another item sitting in my pantry, that I’m fearful to open. I have sooooo many ideas for this. I can just imagine how well this will caramelize. *2020 update: This is def in my top 3 products I purchased so much last year I still have left a whole year later*

Pumpkin Spiced Pumpkin Seeds
First you have the pumpkin then you have the spices eyy. These pumpkin spiced seeds are the perfect toppers to smoothies and muffins! Definitely pick these up if your into homemade granola.
RXBAR Pumpkin Spice
This is one of my faves and it can be found in my purse at all times. Cautious: contents are v sticky.

Pumpkin Pie Spice
Get it. Make it a staple. Anything can be pumpkin spice if you try. Side note: this spice contains lemon so it will give your treats a citrus kick.

Perfect Bar Pumpkin Pie
Disclaimer: I have not tried this item as I am intolerant to peanuts. Including this protein bar because this is your ultimate gluten free trader Joe’s pumpkin guide. All my friends rave about this pumpkin pie flavor, I’ll stick to RX BARS.
Pumpkin Spice Rooibos Herbal Blend
Brew it hot then ice it down for a pumpkin take on chai tea.
Butternut Squash Pizza Crust
I’m so excited to make this! Just four ingredients (butternut squash, corn flour, olive oil and salt). I have a feeling this crust will be on the crunchier side. Can’t wait for you to see what recipe I’m developing for this.

Pumpkin Ice Cream ~Super Premium~
Looks delish! If you get it let me know how this ice cream is! I’m saving this for a night with friends and some spooky movies.

Gluten-Free Pumpkin Spice Bagels
Okay, yes this is it. These bagels are a game changer! Your average bagel’s nutritional value, plus all the pumpkin spice goodness. I’ve been having half a bagel with pumpkin spice cream cheese and a side of protein for the past few days.

Gluten-Free Pumpkin Bread & Muffin Baking Mix
I don’t usually bake out of boxes but I had to try this mix and I loved it! I don’t love the ingredients though. I would recommend this just to have in your pantry if you don’t have baking essentials. This is great for a rainy or cold night when your friends come over and you want to have a yummy treat. I baked some of these into donuts and the rest as a loaf.

I hope this is helpful! Let me know if you come across any other gluten free pumpkin goodies!
