What is Shamrock?
The Shamrock Shake was originally seen at McDondal’s as a March Special for St. Patrick’s Day. The Shamrock shake is made with creamy vanilla soft serve blended with Shamrock syrup which essentially is mint flavored and topped with whipped cream. Sounds decadent? That’s because it is at over 500 calories and 72 grams of sugar for a medium. Of course I had to healthify the Shamrock Shake for you! I successfully created a Shamrock Smoothie Bowl that is vegan, gluten free and free of refined sugars. You’re always in lucky with a Life Edit Nutrition recipe.

Lucky Tips
The key to success is a high speed blend such as a Vitamix or Nijia Foodi Smoothie Maker. These blender will allow you to blitz through frozen ingridents with minimal liquid to reach a thick and creamy consistency.
Make sure you matcha tea is organic and ceremonial grade. I use the genius brand’s matcha by Rachael’s good eats with lions mane & cordyceps mushroom extract for energy and focus boost.
The frozen cauliflower is optional but will add a boost of nutrient and fiber. This boost will aid in steady blood glucose and keep you fuller for loner. Not to mention it will add to the creamy consistency allowing for a gorgeous photo. The flavor is virtually non existent!
